What can you expect?
- Represent your client’s interests with the various insurers / experts / repair shops
- Manage and follow-up claim files
- Take initiatives and decisions in time to ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of files.
- Be the client’s point of contact for insurance claims management
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, insurers, experts and lawyers
- Analyze claims reports and review applicable policy conditions
- Communicate and negotiate with insurers, lawyers and experts
- Identify any problems and to seek solutions together with the team
What you need to have:
- 5 years experience in the insurance business
- Bilingual NL & FR
- Good knowledge of English
- Customer orientation and business insight
- Team spirit
- Autonomy and pro- and reactivity to respond to clients queries
- Ability to set your priorities and to multitask
