Contract: Fixed-term contract (3 months, renewable)Schedule: 2 nights per week approximatelyStatus: Flexi-job strongly preferredAs a Night Auditor, you are responsible for the front desk during the night and ensure both service quality and the safety of the property.Duties and responsibilities :- Welcoming and checking in and out of guests- Taking and processing walk-in reservations and taking and processing reservations via telephone and e-mail- Solving problems and complaints- Answering the phone- Closing the day in the system and the associated administration- Ensuring the safety of all guests- Doing duty rounds- Conducting the night audit run- Generating the night reports- Reconciling accounts- Preparing financial reports- Balancing cash drawers- Serving guests who order room service- Cleanliness of the lobby and surrounding areas

The candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Languages: English, French - Dutch would be a serious advantage
• Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud, Micros and Microsoft Office
• Neat and professional appearance
• High-quality customer service, smiling and welcoming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and great attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems and take initiative
• Team spirit, friendly
• Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
• Flexibility in tasks and schedule
• First experience as Night Auditor
