Paradox seeks a hands‑on Growth Specialist to redesign funnels, ship experiments, and automate assets using AI daily. You’ll own landing pages, copy, and experiments end‑to‑end, integrating AI tools to accelerate testing cycles. A strong data mindset and bias‑to‑action are essential for rapid iteration and impact.
You’ll work remotely or from Dubai, collaborating with designers, engineers, and coaches to scale growth loops and drive measurable outcomes.
