The Position
In this role, you will connect business teams with strategic programs and technology teams to transform order-to-cash and customer service processes. Your goal is to ensure effective delivery and adoption of new tools and processes.

- Drive successful transformation by representing the business in major programs.
- Translate business strategy into clear priorities and roadmaps.
- Align stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.
- Shape business cases and validate benefits.
- Ensure effective delivery by involving the right experts.
- Report on progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
