For an international context, we are looking for an experienced ERP Team Lead who enjoys bridging business and IT and takes responsibility for a complex ERP landscape.
You will join an organization where ERP plays a crucial role in daily operations. The landscape, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, is continuously being developed and optimized to support the business.
In this role, you combine people management, delivery responsibility, and strategic insight to keep the ERP environment performant, secure, and future-proof.
Your role
ERP Team & Governance
- Leading, coaching, and following up on an ERP team and external partners
- Taking responsibility for planning, budget, and stakeholder alignment
- Overseeing processes around IT service management and software delivery
Projects & Delivery
- End-to-end responsibility for ERP projects and changes
- Monitoring timing, budget, and quality
- Following up on service levels, incident management, and continuous improvement
- Coordinating with other IT teams and support structures
- Contributing to the ERP roadmap and long-term vision
- Advising on optimizations, risks, and technology choices
- Ensuring a scalable and future-proof application environment
Your profile
- Relevant experience as a Team Lead or responsible within an ERP context
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
- Strong in translating business needs into pragmatic IT solutions
- Experience with project management and coordinating multiple tracks simultaneously
- Insight into application lifecycles, upgrades, and future-proof architecture
