For BNP Paribas Fortis, we are looking for enthusiastic Junior Banking Advisors to join the Easy Banking Centre in Leuven.
What will your role look like?
As a Junior Banking Advisor, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers, helping them with their everyday banking needs and guiding them through digital banking services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers by phone, chat and email
- Supporting customers with everyday banking transactions and digital applications
- Understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate guidance
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities
No previous banking experience? No problem
You will receive comprehensive training, combining online learning and face-to-face sessions, to help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a bachelor's degree.
- You have a genuine interest in banking and financial services.
- You are communicative, customer-oriented and eager to learn.
- You are flexible and available to work between 7 AM and 10 PM, including approximately one Saturday per month.
