What Is It?

Your journey with us is designed to accelerate your growth during the first 18 months of your career.

• Start date: September 2027
• Location: Global headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium
• Duration: 18 months - 3 rotations of 6 months
• Programme: In‑person onboarding experience together with your fellow graduates, followed by structured learning, coaching and feedback, with a dedicated mentor and buddy throughout your journey.

You should have completed, or expect to complete, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree before the programme starts in September 2027 and eligible to work in Belgium without visa sponsorship.
