As Product Owner CRM, you bring our Efficy implementation and our digital backbone to life. You help build a stable, scalable and future‑proof platform that touches thousands of customers every day.
What you will do
You will play a key role in the further digitalisation of Nagelmackers. You combine product ownership, functional expertise and a strong drive to build and improve.
Product ownership & application management
- You take ownership of our Efficy CRM
- You safeguard and optimise end‑to‑end processes
- You identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete actions
- You actively contribute to our digital roadmap
- You analyse incidents, set priorities and coordinate with IT and external vendors
- You communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all stakeholders
Change management & evolutions
- You translate business needs into clear requirements
- You test, validate and support changes and releases
- You guide users through new functionalities
- You work closely with internal IT teams and external development partners
- You monitor quality, agreements and deliverables
- You build knowledge and anchor it sustainably within the team
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who gains energy from building, improving and moving forward, not from the status quo.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Product Owner or with Efficy CRM is a strong asset
- Fluent in Dutch/French, good command of English
- You think end‑to‑end, work in a structured way and value clarity
- You thrive in an environment where transformation and innovation come together
