Your responsibilities

Executive and Management Development

• Assist in the planning, communication, preparation and coordination of key annual processes such as Global Succession Committee, Leadership Development Programme, Regional Succession Committee, Annual HiPo Forum, 360.
• Take the lead in identifying suitable training, coaching etc, in response to specific individual development needs of our L3+ organisation.

Diverse Talent Development

• Assist in the planning, communication, preparation and coordination of our Women Talent event and our Sponsorship programme.
• Provide input in developing proposals for improving existing programmes and developing new programmes through desk research, data analysis and benchmarking.

Diversity strategy

• Support in the preparation of the annual internal and external DAB meetings; meeting organisation, presentation preparation and smooth communication to all involved stakeholders.
• Contribute to the review and improvement of Talent Management processes, policies, and digital tool, with PDCA mindset.
• Support in embedding DEI smoothly across the Talent Management policies and processes.

Your profile

For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
