Keystone Solutions in Belgium seeks a ServiceNow CSM Architect to lead technical design and evolution of the CSM module. You will be the technical point of contact, collaborating with a business analyst and a CSM developer as a three-person team, delivering CSM 2.0 on-site.
Deep ServiceNow knowledge, hands-on CSM experience, and the ability to translate requirements into architecture, case-type and portal designs are essential. Dutch or French plus English language skills are required.
