You'll touch the product end to end. No layers of approval, no committee design — pick the problem, decide the shape, ship it.

01. Coach our paying users one-to-one through career inflection points.

Read their kunno reading with them, translate the AI signals into a real plan, and feed every conversation back into how the product gets sharper.

Full-time or contract

02. Build features end to end across our Django backend, async reasoning pipeline, and React/Next.js frontend.

You'll spend at least half your time pair-coding with AI tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex — and you'll know how to get crisp output from them.

Brussels / Remote (EU)

Full-time

03. Design and write our first flagship certification: AI Product Manager.

Module structure, written content, video scripts, exam questions, capstone — the whole curriculum. We bring the platform; you bring the rigour.

Project-based

04. Content Creator — AI Compliance Advisor certification.

Design and write our second flagship certification: AI Compliance Advisor. EU AI Act, Annex IV documentation, GDPR overlap, US state regulations, real‑world implementation patterns. The course we wish existed when we built kunno.

We don't do whiteboard puzzles or culture‑fit panels. We pay for trial work, we make decisions fast, and we tell you why if it's a no.

Application Process

01 You send a short email and a link to anything you have shipped or written. We reply within a week.
02 Conversation: A 45‑minute call with the founder. We talk about the role, your work, and the questions you want answered.
03 Paid trial: A small, scoped, real piece of work. Paid at market rate. Mutual evaluation — you assess us as much as we assess you.
04 Decision: We say yes or no within a week of the trial. If yes, we negotiate, sign, and start.
