About the firm

Its Corporate & Commercial team advises both Belgian and international organisations on corporate governance, commercial arrangements and transactional matters. The team is regularly involved in corporate reorganisations, contract drafting, acquisitions and other business-related legal matters.

Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on corporate structuring and reorganisation matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Assist on mergers and acquisitions transactions at various stages of the process.
- Conduct legal due diligence exercises.
- Support the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation.
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters.
- Work alongside professionals from complementary disciplines on complex assignments.
Let's talk about you
- You hold a Master's degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Corporate Law or an additional qualification in this field.
- You have between 1 - 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- You possess strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- You are fluent in French and English.
