Our client, a leading company in the exchange and financial services sector, is seeking a qualified Compliance Officer to join their team, ensure compliance with the Central Bank of Iraq’s regulations and instructions, and support the company’s overall regulatory compliance.
Workingtime
9am - 3 pm / 6 Days a week
Salary range
1,000,000- 1,500,000 IQD

Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with the Central Bank of Iraq’s regulations and instructions.
- Monitor the company’s departments to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Review operations and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper implementation of compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Central Bank of Iraq regulations and instructions.
- Strong reporting, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately, maintain confidentiality, and follow regulatory requirements.
- A certificate or training course in Compliance is required.
