The duties of the WRT Head of Accounting & Business Administration will include:

Lead and manage monthly and annual financial closings and reporting
Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with six business units (five in Belgium and one in the USA)
Present financial figures and analyses to management, the Board, and other stakeholders
Coordinate and prepare the annual audit with the company auditor
Prepare statutory annual accounts and supporting documentation
Monitor, review, and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
Ensure close collaboration with the WRT USA entity and other business units
Manage and supervise facilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships
Handle contracts and coordinate with external partners
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
Develop, implement, and enforce internal policies and procedures
Continuously improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Administration Team (5 staff members)

Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role
Proven managerial and communication skills
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical skills and structured working methods
Hands-on mindset with a flexible “can-do” and “will-do” attitude
Ability to manage workload and perform under tight deadlines
Proactive problem solver with a results-driven approach
Highly motivated to achieve goals and objectives
