We are currently looking for a talented professional to join a global leader in the gaming sector as a French Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist. This French Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria offers a unique opportunity to shape the player experience while enjoying the vibrant career landscape of Sofia, known for its high concentration of French-speaking jobs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level back-office support to international players within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
Monitor and manage player accounts, ensuring compliance with global gaming regulations and internal security protocols.
Analyze and investigate suspicious activity or transactional discrepancies to uphold the integrity of the gaming platform.
Communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders to resolve complex account-related queries.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to report and troubleshoot platform-specific bugs or performance issues.
Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on support requests to drive service improvement.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest trends and updates within the Gaming & Esports industry.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
Excellent command of the English language for professional internal communication.
Previous experience in back-office, administrative, or gaming-related support roles is highly valued.
