Coordinate IT change requests across systems, software, patches, hardware and products.
Triage and follow up on IT-related tickets across multiple ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure change requests progress correctly through established workflows.
Participate in governance forums, including Impact Assessment Reviews, Technical Review Boards (TRB), Change Advisory Boards (CAB), Release Governance Boards (RGB) and Capacity Management Boards.
Facilitate change-management meetings, coordinate stakeholders and document clear, actionable outcomes.
Prepare relevant stakeholders for weekly change-related governance boards.
Organize and conduct the weekly Distributed Change Advisory Board (D-CAB).
Coordinate and gather information across internal teams and external stakeholders.

3+ years of experience as a Change Manager, preferably in a cybersecurity environment.
Proficiency with BMC’s ITSM suite.
ITIL v3 Transition certification or equivalent ITIL v4 certification.
Strong communication, analytical, organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 2+ years of relevant post-degree experience, or 6+ years of extensive and progressive relevant professional experience.
Experience assessing cybersecurity-related change requests, understanding technical contexts and performing risk assessments is a plus.
Knowledge of SIEM, NIPS/IDS, full-packet capture, malware analysis, forensics, penetration testing, system hardening and vulnerability scanning is a plus.
Experience with Cisco or Juniper, Linux, Windows, VMware/Hyper-V, and backup and recovery solutions is a plus.
