Are you an experienced Scrum Master who combines strong Agile coaching capabilities with delivery ownership? We are looking for a seasoned professional to guide cross-functional teams, drive Agile excellence, and ensure successful delivery within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Delivery Owner across multiple squads and manage cross-team dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions
- Monitor team capacity, velocity, risks, and delivery progress
- Support backlog management, Definition of Done, and Sprint execution
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization
- Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication in a complex environment
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Kanban
- Strong experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple dependencies
- Experience coordinating multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Jira and Agile reporting tools
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing automation, CI/CD, and project delivery practices
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills
- Fluent English and at least one local language (French or Dutch)
