We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic digital team and play a key role in creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You'll transform product concepts into seamless user journeys, balancing usability, accessibility, and business objectives while delivering high-quality interfaces across mobile and web platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, working within a mature design system, and taking ownership of the complete UX/UI lifecycle—from refinement and prototyping to implementation and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user flows and high-fidelity user interfaces for digital products.
- Translate concepts into pixel-perfect mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and technical constraints.
- Ensure clear information architecture and an outstanding user experience.
- Work alongside UX writers to seamlessly integrate content into designs.
- Contribute to and evolve a Mobile First design system for both web and native mobile applications.
- Participate in usability testing and continuously improve designs based on user feedback.
- Support product refinement activities and provide visual input during ideation.
- Hand over designs to development teams and collaborate with front-end developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Share knowledge and contribute to UX/UI best practices within the design community.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong Mobile First mindset with experience designing native mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Good knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and accessible design principles.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems and reusable components.
- Understanding of component-based design methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum environments.
- Ability to produce clear documentation and design handovers for researchers and developers.
- A front-end development background is considered an asset.

Languages
- Fluent in French or Dutch (C1 level), with one ideally being your native language.
- Good working knowledge of English (B1/B2 or above).

- Work Model: Hybrid (50% onsite / 50% remote)
