Glacier Langemark is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead HR at the Belgian site. You will partner with site leaders, manage payroll with our partner, and ensure compliant HR administration from onboarding to offboarding.
You will act as the first contact for the works council and negotiate social dialogue, while safeguarding data in our HRIS and supporting people leaders through difficult conversations and policy interpretation under Belgian employment law.
