We are seeking a Senior Program Test Lead to join our team. The role involves orchestrating program tests across multiple workstreams and providing end‑to‑end visibility for governance decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the overall test plan for the program and break it down into integrated operational plans.
- Orchestrate testing activities carried out by various workstreams, internal teams and suppliers.
- Establish and maintain a consolidated schedule of test campaigns, dependencies, environments, datasets and resources.
- Coordinate sequences of System Testing, SIT, End‑to‑End Testing, UAT, regression and non‑functional tests.
- Anticipate capacity conflicts, critical dependencies and inter‑domain impacts, proposing necessary trade‑offs.
- Produce consolidated dashboards of coverage, results, risks and quality of evidence.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in leading large‑scale testing programs.
- Strong knowledge of System, SIT, UAT and regression testing methodologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and schedules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Pollard and Brightstar vendor processes.
- Experience with migration validation and cut‑over planning.
