We have another hotel, Made in Catherine, in the city centre of Brussels.

As our receptionist, you’ll be the face of our boutique hotel. Get ready to greet guests with a warm welcome and a lot of charm. Your mission? To turn each check-in into a memorable performance and ensure our guests leave with smiles as big as their suitcases.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Master of First Impressions: Be the guardian of our hotel, welcoming guests with your signature in a personalised way.
• – Guest Focus: Anticipate guest needs before they even ask, and make their stay unforgettable with personalised touches and recommendations.
• – Concierge : Act as a local guidebook and destination ambassador, offering tips and secrets about the best places to eat, explore, and dance the night away.
• – Problem-Solving: Handle guest concerns with grace, turning frowns into laughs and complaints into compliments.
