Gather, analyze and document business requirements for banking, card payments and fraud-related initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to clarify and validate requirements.
Model current and target processes (e.g., BPMN) and identify improvement opportunities.

~5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong experience in card payments and fraud detection domains.
Solid understanding of MiFID II compliance and related regulatory reporting.
Working knowledge of KYC/AML processes (customer due diligence, transaction monitoring).
Excellent requirements-gathering, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Fluent English (working environment).
Nice to have French and/or Dutch language skills (a significant advantage — can be the deciding factor between candidates).
Experience with agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
Experience with regulatory reporting systems or fraud detection tools/platforms.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, IIBA, or payments/fraud-related certifications).
