You will join a Belgian cooperative insurance group with a strong local presence and a clear commitment to creating value for customers and society. Withina collaborativedigital channels,dataand webenvironment, you will help improve services for brokers, customers and internal colleagues while contributing to anorganisationbuilt on solidarity and cooperation.

Your Tasks

• Analysebusiness needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Define,monitorand align project scope with the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare functional analyses using the available information andexpertise.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT experts to shape suitable solutions.
• Perform impact and gap analyses and document the results clearly.
• Prepare user stories,featuresand test plans in line with agreed quality standards.
• Support testing activities and answer functional questions throughout the test phases.

Your skills

• ABachelor’sorMaster’sdegreeinIT,orequivalentexperience.
• Firstexperienceinarolethatcombinesfunctionalortechnicalanalysis
• Knowledgeoftestmethodologiesandtestmanagementisaplus.
• ExperienceinorinterestedinworkingwithEnterpriseArchitectandJira.
• Stronganalyticalskillsandastructuredapproachtoproblem-solving.
• ClearcommunicationandtheabilitytoconnectbusinessandITstakeholders.
• Aproactive,collaborativeandownership-drivenwayofworking.
• FluentinEnglishandineitherDutchorFrench.
