Our client is a well-established Belgian non-profit organization that delivers meaningful social impact through a combination of direct services, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. The organization is part of a global organization.
We are seeking a Fundraising Manager (interim or permanent) who leads all the fundraising activities in Belgium.
The opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and executing a new fundraising strategy to raise funding over the coming years, with focus on corporate fundraising (large corporates and major donors).
Major responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a strong pipeline of prospective donors
- Manage all donor communications, including social media channels
- Cultivate community engagement
- Develop fundraising/campaign materials, and targeted messaging
- Maintain excellent relationships with a portfolio of current supporters

The candidate profile
- Proven professional experience in corporate fundraising
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience in working with boards, corporate supporters and major donors
- Comfortable in speaking to large groups with very good presentation skills
- Outstanding communication and relation-building skills
- Pro-active, dynamic, hands-on with strong listening skills
- Experience with mission-driven organizations and social impact
