Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid Content Creator/Videographer role based in Brussels. You will plan, film, and edit video content that showcases TICC’s portfolio companies, projects, and impact stories for digital channels.
What you’ll do
- Plan, shoot and edit videos for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Create short interviews, behind-the-scenes content and company updates.
- Bring fresh ideas and help develop a consistent content style.
- Support podcast recording and editing as we explore this format.
The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and consulting teams to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives, managing basic production logistics, and maintaining an organized library of media assets.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience filming and editing video preferred, with a portfolio to share.
- A good eye for visuals, sound and storytelling.
- Familiarity with an editing tool such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Confidence working independently and helping people feel comfortable on camera.
- Podcast production experience is a huge plus.
- Comfort working on-site in Brussels.
- Knowledge of french is preferred.
