The Position
In this role, you will manage and evolve critical passenger information applications. You will work within the Travelers Info team to ensure applications meet functional and technical needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the functional and technical aspects of applications.
- Ensure application availability and performance.
- Analyze incidents and conduct root-cause analyses.
- Oversee the entire application lifecycle.
- Guide projects from analysis to production.
- Maintain quality documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Support application development through KPIs and innovation.
