BIM Cost Estimator

We are looking to hire 1 (or more) BIM‑Cost‑Estimators with an international mindset, fluent in English and Zuid-Afrikaans, who are willing to relocate to Belgium for a longer period of time or opt for a permanent stay.

Your role

Use our BIM methodology and software to unravel the building costs of a variety of projects, both in new construction and in renovation/restoration projects. The work covers apartments, public buildings, nursery homes, hospitals, special industrial projects, offices, unique villas and more.

Our ideal candidate is/has …

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in construction, specializing in cost‑estimating / quantity surveying for at least 3–5 years
• Very proficient in English and Zuid–Afrikaans
• Willing to relocate to Belgium, close to the company location (Roeselare)
• Proficient in using BIM cost estimation software and preferably in 3D modeling software REVIT
• Willing to integrate into a new culture and, if desired, learn a new language (Dutch, which is similar to Zuid‑Afrikaans)
