Senior Agentic Transformation Coach

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Agentic Transformation Coach for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team working on the Outbound Release Platform (ORP), which connects customs, shipping agents, terminals, and logistics partners for the release of goods. This project involves transitioning to agentic engineering, marking a significant shift in the client's approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the team's backlog from the first week: tackle stories, review pull requests, and participate in all ceremonies.
• Train, coach, and guide colleagues in working agentically with GitHub Copilot on their own tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to build a playbook of skills, agents, and agreements, developed from the existing codebase and domain.
• Ensure quality is maintained so that speed does not compromise maintainability and security.
• Gradually reduce your involvement as the team becomes self-sufficient.
• Shape and guide the implementation of agentic engineering within the team, ensuring learning continues while delivering results.
• Engage all roles in the transformation: developers, product owner, analyst, tester, and leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, full stack with .NET and TypeScript.
• Practical experience with agentic engineering in GitHub Copilot within a professional development team, including defining and guiding agents.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching colleagues in a new working methodology.
• Experience with integrations with external parties.
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• At least two projects where you guided software teams towards AI-supported or agentic software development within an ongoing delivery.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a software architect or in a similar technical leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in requirements engineering or translating business needs into testable stories.
• Experience in a regulated environment with strict quality or compliance requirements.
• Experience in a logistics context or with messaging between systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
