We are looking for an IC Testing & Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Engineer to join our team and play a key role in bringing semiconductor products from validation to production.

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for setting up, debugging, automating, and executing IC tests, working closely with design teams and external test houses. You will spend a significant part of your time in the lab, turning test requirements into reliable measurements and actionable engineering insights.

  • Set up and debug IC test benches, including instruments, power supplies, evaluation boards, fixtures, cabling, automation scripts, and data-acquisition systems.
  • Execute functional and parametric tests according to validation plans and product requirements.
  • Analyze measurement data, identify anomalies and root causes, and correlate test results with design expectations.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and measurement workflows using Python, MATLAB, or similar environments.
  • Prepare clear and concise test reports, including plots, observations, pass/fail criteria, conclusions, and recommended next steps.
  • Work closely with IC design, validation, application, and system engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with external test houses and test-service providers on test requirements, implementation, logistics, data exchange, issue tracking, and schedules.
  • Support the transition from laboratory validation toward production-oriented testing and ATE environments.
  • Experience in IC testing, semiconductor validation, or electronic system testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and laboratory measurement equipment.
  • Strong understanding of PCB-based test setups, fixtures, cabling, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
  • Solid experience with Python, MATLAB, or a similar test automation environment — this is a must.
  • Ability to perform structured measurement-data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PMICs, voltage regulators, or power-management ICs is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a laboratory environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, accurate approach to documentation and reporting.
  • Pragmatic and autonomous, with the ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with international technical teams and external partners.
