Software Solution Specialist / Microsoft 365 Generalist for an energy-sector environment. As a Microsoft 365 Generalist and Software Solution Specialist, you will play a central role in the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services within a hybrid enterprise environment. You will support Belgium and Germany-based teams in ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient collaboration and communication services. You will contribute to cloud transformation, security, operational excellence, and a future-proof digital workplace supporting critical energy infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Manage users, licenses, and groups through Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Implement and maintain security policies such as MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide second-line support to end users and IT teams.
- Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and Power Automate.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operational procedures, and support onboarding, migrations, and hybrid cloud environments.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator, Engineer, or Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, automation tools, Intune, or hybrid environments.
- Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance concepts including MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP.
- Fluent English; French, Dutch, or German is a plus.
