stow group is seeking a frontline technical-commercial lead to translate client needs into robust, optimized structural solutions and drive the full sales cycle from early discussions to contract signature. You will lead technical-commercial discussions, challenge specifications for feasibility and cost, and align engineering with commercial teams while traveling internationally to win high-value offers.
Fluent English is required; German is a strong asset.
