AISB - 1070 - Fullstack Developer (Java / Angular)

Context and project

The position is within an IT organisation that develops digital services for the healthcare sector. The project covers the development of web components that manage patient referral prescriptions, and other applications related to healthcare. The role works directly with the client to understand requirements and deliver matching solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Angular and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, and fix bugs.
• Contribute to code quality, organisation and automation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Follow industry trends and technologies, and bring relevant new solutions to the team.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Write and run unit, integration and end-to-end tests.

Profile

Experience

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, at confirmed level.
• General knowledge of AI topics: EU AI Act, LLMs, harnesses, security and confidentiality.
• Spring Boot
• Spring Data JPA
• Angular & TypeScript
• HTML and CSS
• Elasticsearch
• JUnit 5

Additional technical skills - required

• Front-end: SCSS, Vue.js

Technical skills - nice to have

• Tools: Docker, Tomcat, Nginx, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Copilot
• Spring Boot applications built on hexagonal architecture
• CI/CD and containerisation practices
• Application development for sectors such as healthcare, environmental conservation and public safety
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and team spirit.
• Ability to work independently and handle several projects in parallel.
• Proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
• Ability to adapt to internal AI standards, which evolve quickly.
