Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in robotics, automation, intralogistics, or complex engineering projects?
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead national and international robotic automation projects from initiation through final delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead robotic automation projects end-to-end, from kick-off to final acceptance.
- Manage project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and scope changes.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines, proactively resolving issues and delays.
- Ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in intralogistics, robotics, automation, or an industrial environment.
- Experience managing complex engineering projects; experience in rail, energy, aerospace, or similar industries is also welcome.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, hands-on, and results-oriented approach with strong ownership.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20%; PRINCE2 or PMBOK knowledge is a plus.
Please be advised that this role does not require regular office presence. However, the successful candidate should be based in the Netherlands, as the position involves travel across the Benelux region.
