<div><p>Our client is a leading multidisciplinary international group active in construction, infrastructure, and engineering across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Known for their in-house technical expertise and strong reputation in delivering complex civil and industrial projects, they play a key role in shaping sustainable environments worldwide.</p><p>They are currently seeking an HSE Advisor with strong communication skills in both French and English.</p><p>As HSE Advisor, you will be the key reference for health, safety, and environment across one or more construction sites in Wallonia. You will work closely with project teams to implement the company’s HSE policy on the ground, ensuring compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement in site safety culture.</p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Act as a point of contact for all HSE matters across assigned construction sites.</li><li>Translate corporate HSE policies into practical, site-specific tools such as risk assessments, emergency plans, and safety procedures.</li><li>Coach and guide project and site teams proactively on HSE best practices.</li><li>Conduct regular workplace inspections and ensure risks are properly assessed and mitigated.</li><li>Lead HSE trainings and awareness sessions tailored to the site needs.</li><li>Support incident investigation processes and propose corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain and update the HSE management system documentation.</li><li>Facilitate deployment of corporate HSE programs (e.g., Behavior-Based Safety, Safety Days).</li><li>Report to the HSE Manager Belgium/Luxembourg and respective Project Managers.</li></ul><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in an HSE advisory role, ideally in the construction sector.</li><li>Certified as a Prevention Advisor (Level II or I).</li><li>Solid understanding of safety legislation and procedures in Belgium.</li><li>Flexible and mobile to work on different projects within Wallonia.</li><li>Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English is required.
