Job Description
As a Site Acquisition Agent at DIGI Belgium, you willnegotiate with property owners and syndics and to secure locations for DIGI’stelecommunications infrastructure (mobile and fiber networks).
Your role involves building relationships, negotiatingcontract terms, overcoming objections and ensuring agreements are signed andprojects successfully completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiatewith property owners and building managers to secure suitable locations.
- PresentDIGI’s requirements and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Handleobjections, resolve conflicts and manage negotiations.
- Prepare,review and follow up on contracts.
- Maintainstakeholder relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensurecompliance with applicable legal and ethical requirements.
