PROMAN Jobs Tielt is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to support the store manager in Gent. You will lead staff, split tasks, and ensure the shop is well-presented and inviting for customers.

You will also assist customers, uphold quality, hygiene and food safety, and step in on the shop floor as needed. In the absence of the store manager, you’ll take daily leadership to keep operations smooth.
