Manpower Brugge is looking for an Automotive Operator | Protection & Finishing of New Vehicles for a leading international company in the automotive sector based in Zeebrugge.

In this role, you will help ensure that new vehicles receive the protection and finishing touches they need before reaching customers worldwide. You will be part of the final preparation process, where quality, precision, and teamwork are key.

Previous experience is a plus, but not essential. We value motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic above all else.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicles before treatment
• Mask components that should not be coated
• Apply protective coatings using professional spraying equipment
• Perform quality checks on finished vehicles
• Report any irregularities or defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Kandidaatprofiel:

Who Are We Looking For?

• You enjoy physical and hands-on work
• You have an eye for detail and take pride in delivering quality work
• You communicate fluently in either English or Dutch
• You hold a valid Category B driving licence and are comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles
• You are reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team
• Experience in automotive, production, vehicle maintenance, bodywork, or spray painting is an advantage, but not required
