About the role:
Akkodis is looking for a talented Data Reporting Analyst on behalf of one of its clients in the industrial sector. If you are passionate about data analysis, reporting solutions, and transforming business requirements into actionable insights, this opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing reporting solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and key users. Your expertise will help improve decision-making processes through reliable and efficient data reporting tools.
The responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize reporting requests submitted through the ticketing system.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new reports using Qlik Sense and Power Query.
- Adapt and optimize existing reports according to business needs.
- Validate report accuracy and ensure data consistency across ERP and other business systems.
- Gather requirements and prepare detailed specifications for reporting developments.
- Document reporting solutions and ensure end users understand how to use them effectively.
- Support and train Key Users in developing their own documentation and reporting knowledge.
- Assess and validate ERP process improvement proposals while analyzing their business impact.
- Communicate regularly with business stakeholders regarding report updates and modifications.
- Propose and implement corrective actions to support operational and business teams.
The requirements
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Proven experience with Qlik Sense and Power Query.
- Knowledge of MySQL for data extraction, management, and analysis.
- Understanding of SAP principles, including standard reporting and data structures (tables), is considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience within an industrial environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working conditions
- Hybrid working model with 3 days per week on-site and the remaining days working remotely.
