Wanted: Personal Lines Claims Manager for the Geel & Tienen region You’ll be the linchpin in the claims process, from the initial report through to resolution. With your experience and knowledge, you’ll be able to manage a diverse portfolio and safeguard the client’s interests. Responsibilities
- You manage a diverse portfolio of personal property claims and monitor them closely, from the initial report through to resolution.
- At the start of each claim, you gather all essential information regarding coverage, liability, and the circumstances of the claim.
- You conduct a thorough analysis and correctly apply the applicable guidelines and agreements.
- You actively negotiate the claim while consistently safeguarding the customer’s interests.
- You keep the insured continuously informed of the case’s progress and calculate the damages, after which you also pass this information on to the client.
- You proactively organize and maintain telephone and written communication with all parties involved.

- Extensive experience—at least 5 to 10 years—in a similar position as a Personal Lines Claims Manager is required.
- Knowledge of and experience with the Brio claims management software is a must.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
