As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium, we are strengthening our Sales team and looking for a Business Manager to join our newly created IT Business Unit.
In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around two main areas:
- Business Development :Manage and develop a client portfolio within the banking, telecommunications, and energy sectors, driving business growth and profitability.
- Recruitment & Team Management :Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the development and follow-up of your consultants throughout their careers at SII.

If these values resonate with you, we'd love to hear from you
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent command of French and/or Dutch, as well as English, both written and spoken
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience as a Business Manager within the IT sector
- Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Dynamic, proactive, ambitious, detail-oriented, and highly responsive
