TRU Global Solutions in Belgium/Netherlands seeks an Operations Director to lead our operations teams, deepen customer relationships and own day-to-day performance across both countries.
You will report to the CEO and guide Operations Managers, ensuring quality, efficiency and profitability while maintaining a hands-on leadership approach. Fluent Dutch and English are required, with willingness to travel across Belgium and the Netherlands.
