Imec in Genk (EnergyVille) invites applications for a Master internship in the Solar fuels team focusing on photoelectrochemical water splitting and Cu2O photocathodes. You will develop an electrochemical deposition process and study how growth conditions affect phase purity, morphology, and PEC response.
The project includes materials synthesis, structural/optical characterization and electrochemistry, under supervision by Dr. Mina Ghorbani.
