Are you ready to take your career to the next level as an Investments Risk Controller? Join a dynamic team where your expertise in risk management will play a critical role in overseeing diverse portfolio activities. You'll monitor compliance, provide valuable feedback to portfolio managers, and create insightful risk reports. You conduct oversight on Advisory Portfolio Management, Discretionary Portfolio Management, and Execution Only activities, ensuring compliance with diversification and asset allocation standards as per local regulations and organizational protocols;
You provide constructive feedback to portfolio managers when control results indicate a need for improvement;
You collaborate with your team to enhance and produce a monthly Risk Dashboard and Portfolio Risk Report, which serve as essential tools for risk monitoring;
You assist the team in routine operations by addressing daily ad hoc requests for validations, guidance, and inquiries from both portfolio managers and relationship managers;
You report on, lead discussions, and track portfolio risk management topics within the department, fostering collaboration with other teams within the organization and the broader group;
You take part in the Investment Services Risk Committee, focusing on assigned topics and ensuring follow-up on designated action items;
You establish new control mechanisms to strengthen oversight and compliance.

Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both Dutch and French;
Has a deep understanding of the English language;
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field;
Brings a minimum of two years of pertinent experience to the position;
Demonstrates an independent and proactive attitude in their work;
Effectively collaborates with both internal teams and external partners;
Exhibits strong analytical skills and a proactive strategy in addressing risks and resolving issues;
Approaches learning and contribution with enthusiasm and initiative;
Is adaptable and eager to venture outside their comfort zone.
