SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - MICROSOFT 365 E5 IMPLEMENTATION
- Brussels | Hybrid
Lead a strategic Microsoft 365 E5 implementation program with direct impact across the organization.
Take ownership of a complex transformation involving multiple technical, security and business workstreams.
Drive the program from roadmap to execution, ensuring delivery, governance, budget and stakeholder alignment.
Act as the central point of coordination between IT experts, business teams, management and external partners.
Turn complex technical requirements into clear priorities, decisions and actionable plans.
Join a high-visibility transformation where autonomy, seniority and stakeholder management are non-negotiable.
Experience in a large or public-sector organization is a strong advantage.

You will…
- Own and drive the Microsoft 365 E5 implementation: scope, roadmap, governance, milestones, budget and deliverables.
- Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, priorities and delivery.
- Challenge and align technical teams and senior stakeholders, translating complex IT topics into clear decisions and actions.
