As a Team Lead, you are the driving force behind your team. You ensure that people feel fulfilled in their roles, can perform to the best of their ability and work together to achieve the set targets.
You manage your team on a day-to-day basis and act as a coach, motivator and point of contact for your staff.
You create a positive and engaging working environment where collaboration is key.
You help staff grow by focusing on training, knowledge-sharing and personal development.
You monitor safety and quality standards and ensure they are adhered to on the work floor.
You monitor the department’s performance using KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvement actions.
You are constantly looking for ways to make processes smarter, more efficient and more effective.
Together with colleagues, you ensure that the right knowledge and skills remain within the team.
You work closely with various internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You take an active role in improvement projects and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
