To strengthen our digital presence across the Benelux market, we are recruiting an E-Commerce & Omnichannel Manager, based in our Brussels office. Reporting to the General Manager Benelux, you will own the performance of Longchamp.com locally and drive a seamless, brand-consistent client experience across every online and in-store touchpoint.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Longchamp.com Management

You own the local performance of our e-commerce website, from acquisition through to conversion.

  • Manage all online activity end to end, implementing the global e-commerce strategy to achieve the Maison's objectives.
  • Partner with HQ and EMEA e-commerce teams to continuously improve the online customer experience.
  • Work with the French marketing team to strengthen traffic acquisition and its quality.
  • Deliver data-driven strategies for a best-in-class user experience, improving key levers such as search, cross-sell, and e-merchandising.
  • Oversee the website content calendar and contribute to regular site updates.
  • Own daily order case management in the PSP, and manage the e-commerce P&L across the website and marketplace.
  • Feed local insights to the EMEA E-commerce Manager so the site reflects Benelux specificities, and research the market for new trends and features.

You ensure the client journey feels seamless and unmistakably Longchamp across every channel.

  • Guarantee a consistent, brand-aligned client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor omnichannel functionalities (Click & Collect, Find in Store, E-reservation, Store-to-Web, Web-to-Store), ensuring operational guidelines are implemented locally and flagging optimisation needs.
  • Track omnichannel KPIs (speed of dispatch, acceptance rate, returns, on-hold orders), working hand in hand with Customer Service.
  • Contribute to defining and prioritising the roadmap of new omnichannel services, and benchmark new features.

3. E-Retail & E-Wholesale

You steward the brand's presence across online partners.

  • Manage e-retail and e-wholesale partners, ensuring brand guidelines are respected throughout.
  • Safeguard the integrity of product pages and the brand store.
  • Update partners for each collection drop and brand highlight, driving commercial relationships and marketing activations.
  • Deliver clear reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Around 5 years' experience in a similar e-commerce and omnichannel role.
  • A Master's degree in Digital Marketing or from a Business School.
  • Confidence developing and managing an e-commerce and omnichannel strategy end to end.
  • Strong command of traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimisation, with excellent web analytics skills.
  • Excellent understanding of UX and the customer journey.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing levers and analytics/tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Dutch COMPULSORY, French knowledge is a plus
