We are currently looking for a Business Analyst & UI/UX Designer to join our growing client, a European Institution based in Brussels
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specifications;
- Conduct workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and other technical teams;
- Map user journeys, workflows and business processes to identify improvements and define effective solutions;
- Contribute to UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, using Figma or equivalent tools;
- Ensure solutions are intuitive, consistent and aligned with usability and accessibility principles;
- Support development teams throughout implementation, testing and user acceptance;
- Produce creative and original graphical proposals.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant exposure to UI/UX design;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories and process modelling;
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1);
- Hands-on experience with UI/UX methodologies, wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma;
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery;
- Knowledge of frontend development (Angular, PrimeNG, HTML5, CSS3) is a strong asset.
