Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Lead Engineer – Civil Engineering specialized in Bridges and Tunnels in Belgium. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, design civil works from concept to execution, and ensure delivery within scope, budget and schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.
You will mentor engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and engage with clients to tailor offers and contracts. A strong focus on BIM and international collaboration is expected.
