Konvert Interim Aalst is recruiting an operator for cacao preparation in the Lebbeke region. You will visually inspect incoming bean samples to spot impurities.
You will roast beans, grind nibs into cocoa mass, and ensure the mass meets quality standards before sending to production.
Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of installations is performed according to the production area instructions, and you will assist with related tasks such as sampling for quality control.
