Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Data Governance Specialist Junior to drive our data management strategy and lead a high-performing team of data experts.
In this key role, you will define the stream's roadmap, oversee enterprise-wide data governance and regulatory initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to maximize the quality, integrity, and strategic value of our core data assets.

Job Duties
- Define and execute the overarching vision, strategic direction, and key performance objectives for their designated stream
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of data governance specialists and quality analysts to deliver on stream goals
- Partner with CoE leadership and senior management to steer company-wide data quality, governance, and regulatory initiatives
- Roll out and champion enterprise frameworks covering data standards, policies, modeling, and regulatory compliance across business lines and tribes
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical issues surrounding data protection, compliance, integrity, and quality
- Engage closely with executive stakeholders across business units to elevate the accuracy, trustworthiness, and business value of core data assets
Knowledge and Skills
- You have at least a Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics or engineering (a PhD is considered an advantage)
- Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply
- Fluent in French, Dutch & English
